We provide Odoo implementation, customization, integration, and support services. The scope of services will be defined in a mutually agreed proposal or service agreement.

While we aim to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance improvements from the implementation.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to relevant data, personnel, and systems necessary for successful project delivery.

All custom development, scripts, or modules created for the client may remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoice terms. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

We may use third-party modules or services; we are not liable for issues arising from such tools, though we will make best efforts to resolve them.

We will treat all client data and project details as confidential and will not disclose to third parties without prior written consent.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice (typically 14-30 days), subject to payment for work completed.
